Entrepreneurial education is about developing our students' ability to create social, cultural, or economic value.

In my opinion, not everyone can teach entrepreneurial education, but anyone could learn! It's not just about how we initiate and start a business, how we grow it, and how we get financial gain. It is more important what kind of qualities, skills, and competencies develop for the one who studies it and who then uses them in real life, all his life.

To me , entrepreneurial remains the backbone of industries .They remain the pioneer offer their guidance with their knowledge , skill for the progressive development for the industries . Their advice , guidance ,knowledge , experience ,wisdom remains the fruitful of any organization .

After the pandemic, it has become difficult for governments and governmental bodies to make arrangements for jobs for everyone. This is particularly applicable for a developing nation like my country. Here, we have absolutely crazy, uneducated, God loving, insensitive, crazy, lunatic, religious fundamentalists as our rulers. Under the circumstances, entrepreneurship seems to be the way right now. It helps us to financially establish ourselves, without depending on someone else. To do that, we would require entrepreneurial teaching and learning. Thus, the importance of it is of great significance. At this point of time, the world cannot afford to neglect it.

As someone with a keen interest entrepreneurship and skill acquisition, I very much approve and would recommend behaviours and mindsets that align with it. Although with that said not everyone has interest in the idea, and wish to retain routine actions as when one is an employee.

Entrepreneurship is best learnt through practice. This can be achieved by working closely under a successful entrepreneur rather than through theoretical teaching. Any number of case studies cannot give the confidence for risk taking and understanding the nuisances of a particular field. Theory in this field may produce more teachers but not the fighting spirit, focus and practical innovations needed for entrepreneurship.

In my opinion, entrepreneurial teaching and learning can be a valuable approach to education, particularly in a rapidly changing and uncertain economy. It is important to ensure that this approach is inclusive and equitable, and that it is effectively preparing students for a range of future opportunities and challenges.

Entrepreneurial teaching means bringing creativity and innovation in teaching - learning process to ensure maximum learning happens and enhanced productivity in terms of students' preference of career choice whether it is employment or starting a startup.

2) Participating in sports, taking risks and visualizing unexplored things, gaining leadership qualities develop entrepreneurship.

3) Guts and focus are the essential elements.

4) E can be developed to some extent through proper training.

5) It should not be taught by full time teachers. Those who have achieved in E in real life can contribute better.

6) Opportunity to put into practice what is learnt must become part and parcel of the course.

7) There is a need to track the alumni achievements through real life case studies may be valuable.
