What do you talk about in your manuscript when your data supports conclusions that are opposite of your study hypotheses?
The manuscript must be identical to the experience and its results
Either do not match it is a defect or lack of access to the result to be accessed or if the search for models did not find the result of the season or otherwise ...

When you plan for a research& lay down some objectives& aims based on a particular hypothesis, but your results come not logic or paradoxical, try to be sure of your methodology.
If every experiment is OK, then there is no way than to be honest and mention your findings. Try to find an explanation.
My MSc supervisor in 1999 was always telling me that negative findings in a scientific research are as important as positive ones!

In such cases, the researcher should be trasparent and present the found results and contradict his hypothesis. The outcome of the research is acheived by proving something not necessary coincide with the author hypothesis.
