The above discussion inspired me to formulate the following question:
How can one activate the pro-ecological policy of state interventionism consisting in creating and implementing eco-innovations in economic processes?
On the basis of the above considerations and conclusions from the discussion on interesting issues discussed, I formulated the following thesis that pro-ecological policy of state interventionism consisting in the creation and implementation of economic innovations in economic processes should be activated.
Below I have described the key determinants confirming the formulated research thesis. To the above discussion, I would like to add the following conclusion formulated as a summary of my previous considerations on this topic: improvement of interventionist activation instruments, pro-ecological policy of implementing the principles of sustainable pro-ecological development involving, among others, creation and implementation of economic innovations in economic processes.
In connection with the progressing global warming and increasing risk and frequency of climate disasters, it becomes necessary to implement pro-ecological reforms in economic processes as soon as possible. Due to the growing need to implement the principles of sustainable pro-ecological development in recent years, ecological innovations arise mainly in the field of renewable energy sources, improvement of waste segregation techniques, recycling, treatment of polluted water, reclamation of a devastated natural environment, energy-saving construction, electromobility of the automotive industry, etc. more ecological innovations, new technological solutions and technical improvements that are part of sustainable ecological development are also emerging in many other fields of science. In connection with the above, renewable energy sources should be developed in the first place, replacing classic energy based on mineral combustion. In addition, it is necessary to improve automation and robotization technologies in waste segregation processes, recycling and reuse of various types of raw materials. Also, electromobility, ecological agriculture, zero-energy construction, etc. should be developed, etc. Development of ecological innovations, technological innovations, energy renewable energy sources, material innovations supporting substitution of exhausting resources of energy minerals, innovations improving the economic efficiency of the process of recovering secondary raw materials, innovations reducing the costs of reclamation devastated by industry natural environment, etc. will in the future determine the implementation and development of a model for the sustainable development of national economies.
In the next few years, humanity should reform the classic energy industry based on the burning of minerals by transforming it into environmentally friendly energy based on renewable energy sources. The greatest possible resources should be allocated to this pro-ecological transformation of the energy sector, because the rate of the progressing and accelerating process of greenhouse gas emissions and global warming depends on what will be implemented in this matter over the next dozen or so years. Ecological innovations developed primarily in the field of new technologies of renewable energy sources are helpful in the process of pro-ecological transformation of the energy sector.
Thanks to ecological innovations, the scope and possibilities of implementing sustainable proecological economic development are increasing. In connection with the ongoing process of global warming, it is necessary to develop ecological innovations in the field of renewable energy sources development, improvement of waste sorting techniques, development of recycling, electromobility, ecological agriculture, reduction of plastic from packaging and replacement of plastic with biodegradable materials, etc.
In this way, through the development of ecological innovations and their implementation on an industrial scale, it is possible to implement sustainable pro-ecological economic development in modern economies. This is a key challenge for humanity in the 21st century. It is a challenge for the necessary and possibly quick implementation in the coming years.
Ecological innovations should contribute to accelerating the process of globally changing strategy of civilization development towards sustainable pro-ecological socio-economic development. In the context of the increase in greenhouse gas emissions, the progressing global warming process, the growing pollution of the environment and the devastation of many environments and natural ecosystems, it is necessary to activate the development of ecological innovations and pro-ecological reforms in economic processes in order to implement sustainable social and economic development based on modern economic systems based on green economy concept.
In view of the above, it is necessary to change the development strategy based on the intensification of the exploitation of Earth's resources into a strategy of sustainable development. It is necessary to develop new renewable energy technologies to slow down the progressive greenhouse effect of the Earth, to reduce the risk of emerging dramatic natural disasters. It is necessary to develop eco-innovations while it may not be too late. It is necessary to save the Earth by extinction for future generations.
The 21st century is the last moment to introduce global sustainable development based on the development of renewable energy and ecological innovations. Sustainable development should be analyzed and measured in correlation with the analysis of economic growth and the participation of individual sectors in the country's economic development, including the transformation of traditional energy sources into renewable energy, environmental reclamation and recovery of recyclable materials, and the creation of ecological innovations.
In recent years, eco-innovations have arisen mainly in the field of renewable energy sources, improvement of waste segregation techniques, recycling, treatment of polluted water, reclamation of a devastated natural environment, energy-saving construction, electromobility of the automotive industry, etc. However, more and more ecological innovations, new technological solutions, technical improvements that are part of sustainable ecological development, also arises in many other fields of science.
In view of the above, are examples of pro-ecological projects, technological improvements compatible with sustainable pro-ecological economic development or ecological innovations known, which arise also in any of the following or other related fields of science such as: Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Anthropology Theory, Medicine, Electrical Engineering , Artificial Intelligence, Genetics, Business Administration, Risk Management, Big Data, Business Intelligence, Automation & Robotics, Climatology, Agriculture, Biophysics, Biochemistry, Medical Intelligence, Artificial Neural Networks, Ecosystem Analysis, Energy, Construction, Food Production, Forest ecology, Biology, Geoscience, Government Programs, Behavioral Sciences, Biodiversity Assessment, Green Architecture, Greenhouse, Waste, Household Products, Information Society, Innovation Management, International Entrepreneurship, Internet Technologies, Knowledge Creation, Bioelectric Ener gy Sources, Business Model Innovation, Cataclysmic Variables, Chromatography, Clean Energy, Cleantech, Climate Prediction, Collaborative Innovation, Commercialization, Computational Intelligence, Computer Science and Engineering, Conservation Biology, Consumer Behavior, Corporate Governance, Creative Economy, Crisis Communication, Cyber ??Security , Data Analysis, Database Administration, Development Cooperation, Digital Ecosystems, Economic Ecoindicators, Ecosystem Ecology, Energy Industry, Ecological Modeling, Ecological Economics, Ecological Indicators, Discovery, Earth Sciences, Earthquake Forecasting and Geocataclysm, Econometric Analysis, Economic Integration, Economics of Innovation , Ecosystem Engineering, Electricity, Electronic Systems, Energetic Materials, Energy Technologies, Environment, Environmental Biodegradation, Flora, Food Consumption Life Sciences, Logistics Management, Materials for Sustainable Energy, Astronomy & Astrophysics, Nanomaterials, New Media Technology, Recy cling, Physics of Global Warming, Plant Protection, Predictive Analytics, Production Planning, Project Development, Public Economics, Public Policy, Public Policy, Sociobiology, Space Science, Sustainable Agriculture, Sustainable Development Strategies, Technology Forecasting, Transport Economics, Water Resources, Weather Forecasting, Wildlife Conservation, World Economy, ...?
Summing up the above considerations, I conclude that sustainable ecological development is a necessity, it is a challenge for humanity to quickly implement it in order to slow down the global warming process. Sustainable pro-ecological development is a necessity for humanity to avoid extermination being a derivative of the increasingly faster global warming process and the forecasted increase in the scale of climate disasters that may appear at the end of the 21st century if on the global scale in the perspective of the next several decades ecological innovations, widespread renewable energy sources, electromobility will not be developed, the efficiency of waste segregation, recycling, etc. will not be increased.
In accordance with the above, in my opinion it is necessary to improve the instruments of interventionist activation, pro-ecological policy of implementing the principles of sustainable pro-ecological development, including, among others, creating and implementing eco-innovations in economic processes.
Do you agree with me on the above matter?
In view of the above, I am asking you the following questions:
- What proportion of GDP should countries allocate to the implementation of sustainable green development based on the green economy?
- What proportion of GDP should countries allocate to implementing sustainable pro-ecological development in economic processes designed according to the green economy concept?
- What proportion of GDP should countries allocate for carrying out ecological reforms and financing the implementation of eco-innovations, including in particular the transformation of the energy sector by converting energy based on burning minerals into the development of ecologically clean energy based on renewable energy sources?
- Why is so little done in the field of environmentally friendly reforms, development of renewable energy sources, electromobility?
- Why is so little done in the field of environmentally friendly reforms, development of renewable energy sources, electromobility and thus the implementation of the green economy concept in modern economies?
- Why hardly anyone cares about sustainable ecological development?
- Why do everyone agree at UN Conferences and Climate Summits that pro-ecological reforms need to be implemented, but hardly anyone wants to sign agreements obliging to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to increase spending on investments in eco-innovation and the goal of developing renewable energy sources?
- In what fields of science and economy, etc. should eco-innovations be created for sustainable, pro-ecological economic development?
- In what fields of science and branches of industry etc. should pro-ecological innovations be created in order to support sustainable pro-ecological economic development?
- In what scientific disciplines, areas of modern economic systems, branches of industry etc. in the 21st century should pro-ecological innovations be created in order to support sustainable pro-ecological economic development according to the concept of green economy?
- How can one activate the pro-ecological policy of state interventionism consisting in creating and implementing eco-innovations in economic processes?
, Abbas J Jubear, Md. Washim Akram, Bharath Setturu, Hello everyone, thank you for participating in the discussion. Thank you very much for participating in this discussion and providing inspiring and informative answers to the above question: What do you know about innovation in the field of environmental protection? Thank you for the proposed interesting topic in the above-mentioned issues. You described the problem very well. I fully agree with your opinion on this topic. Your statements confirm that the above-mentioned issues are current and developing. In view of the above, in my opinion, in recent years the importance of the issues described in this discussion has grown. I also believe that the problem is important, because due to the ongoing global warming process, the importance and the need to carry out a pro-ecological transformation of the traditional brown economy to a sustainable green economy / circular economy is growing. One of the key goals of this process, apart from ensuring the living conditions for the next generations of people, is the protection of the natural environment, natural ecosystems and biodiversity of the planet Earth. Therefore, it is necessary to urgently create and implement new pro-ecological technologies and eco-innovations to various branches and sectors of the economy.
In agriculture, for example, there is an increase use of pheromone technology to fight against specific insects destroying crops (replacement of insecticides). Creation of new cultivars resistant (selection and/ or transgenic plants) to diseases (replacing the fungicides). Use of plant insecticides (repellent) and parasitoïds (Insects destroying other insects parasites of crops. Use of certain strains of bacteria, viruses or fungae. Reintroduction of rotation of crops. These are the topic of my new book: “La lute biologique contre les ravageurs des plantes cultivées”
I am very glad that the discussion on this important topic is developing. Thank you very much for participating in this discussion and for a substantive, constructive reply. A very good answer on this topic. This discussion confirms the importance of the above-mentioned issues and the legitimacy of developing research on this subject. Thank you very much and best regards,
