“Looks”
That’s the first answer we heard when my team of Wikipedians sat around a table and raised the question. Quite understandable, unaided by any description, although we can’t do anything about it. However, Wikiwand did it. They solved the problem by transforming Wikipedia into a “new” beautiful site as if by waving a magic wand on it. That's a cliche, of course, but let it pass :)
Now, I am looking for serious answers.
It will help us in our non-commercial project, part of which is the construction of a Wikipedia-related website. Kindly recommend this, if you don't mind.

That RG researchers don't give a hoot to Wikipedia is a conclusion hard to come by, but the stats are disturbing.

We were in touch with several experts who create questionnaires for surveys in various fields of human activity, and we asked them what does this the indifference of researchers does signify. They unanimously said that "there is lot of negative feelings about WIKI right there. Most of your researchers dislike WIKI mostly or partly but are not ready to talk about it. "
That makes sense to me but hat what about you?
