What design is a study made of 3 different groups that are each receiving a different treatment?

A study is made up of 3 different groups, but all 3 groups are made up of students of the same age exhibiting moderate stuttering. The only difference is that each group is receiving a different treatment. There is no control group. What type of design this would be considered?
