We don't know what analysis to use for the solving the relationship between extra academic hours spent (independent), to the self-efficacy and academic performance of the students. Please help me I am not so good in research. Thank you.
Assuming these variables are quantitative and metrical (interval scale or higher), you could compute Pearson correlations (assuming the relationships are linear) or run a linear regression analysis for each dependent variable.
In either case, it would be good to examine scatterplots first for each bivariate relationship to check for potential non-linearity, outliers, etc.
I would like to add to the two first responses the possibility of a Cross-Lagged Panel design (https://www.statisticshowto.com/cross-lagged-panel-design/) I have used it in the past and it is straightforward to use and interpret.
