While performing Data imputation in Amos Version 22, I have got an error with a message "A sample of parameter values was inadmissible" is coming followed by another message "1 parameter samples were inadmissible"
What could be reason?

Sir,
There will any error therefore data imputation is not running.
Plz check SPSS data file to check missing values
or
your sample moment matrix may not positively defined.
Therefore, you may re-run and go to output --> notes for model. Check for any error mentioned there.
Clear/rectify that error. Hopefully, it will help. Best wishes for your research.

I have some solution for this problem. It worked well in my case.
Here is the process I followed to solve the issue
After some google research, I have found some hint about this problem. In fact, I have found the solution by following the steps:
--------------------------- a) Run the model in AMOS.
b) After running the Model, i checked "Notes for the model". Output shows
eWOM on Aging - CFA 2.amw
Notes for Model (Group number 1 - Default model)
The following variances are negative. (Group number 1 - Default model)

c) I checked the datasheet and found many biased responses. I also run the factor analysis.
I removed some biased responses (respondents who gave 4 for most of the items) (but same size reduced) . I run the factors analysis and ensured good loading of items to respective latent constructs as supported by theory.
d) I attached the new spss data file in AMOS and run the model and checked "notes for the system"

e) Now, in AMOS, i again do the imputation from:
analyze---> imputation. No errors message now, imputation done successfully.
