I think that you are looking at a porphyritic granitoid that has undergone differential brittle deformation. Alternatively, the rock with feldspar porphyroclasts may have intruded as a  sheet in the fine grained rocks before both were sheared.

This picture looks like the outcrop of the Swat granitic gneisses along the Mingora-Kalam road, soon after crossing the Manglaur Bridge.

Dear@M. Qasim Jan Sir, thanks for your valuable comments. Yes this picture is of Swat granitic gneisses, but the area is Mora banda, Kotah dome along Thana, Palai road.

Dear Tanveer: it is very hard to interpret an outcrop with just a single field photo, but the whole sequence looks to be more stratiform than "gneissic", so maybe it could be interpreted as a meta ashfall-tuff, where the coarse grained lens ("porphyritic") may represent a meta-lapilli tuff. A way to ascertain this is to examine the "megacrystals" at the microscope and see if they are made of alkali feldspar containing quartz and plagioclase inclusions, evidencing that it is a recrystallized pumice lapilli tuff. Dear Sir Dr. M. Qasim Jan does it mean that porphyritic granitoid is younger than fine grained granitoid. As the porphyritic granitoids of Cambrian age are so far considered as oldest unit of swat granitic complex.

Dear Sir Sebastián Grande yes its hard to interpret it from a picture unless one have observed the outcrop by himself. From the picture it may looks like meta ashfalll tuff alternating with lapilli tuff, But the rocks present here and adjacent to the area are megaporphyritic plutonic rocks which have been through differential stresses giving a stratiform, bedded structure.

You have to make sure from field relations whether the porphyritic granitoid is, or is not, intrusive into the fine-grained rocks. I would prefer to think that the fine-grained rocks are mylonite derived from the granite through shearing.
