What could be reason of difference in DNA band intensities during agarose gel electrophoresis?

During Agarose gel electrophoresis what could be the reason of different intensities of DNA bands of DNA samples extracted from different groups of animal. These groups include control, disease model and treatment groups. Please note that I loaded same concentration of DNA sample in all wells after measuring the concentration on nanodrop but still I got difference in band intensities. Can anybody tell me about possible reason behind this difference?
