What could be a proper solvent for dissolving GdPO4 (trivalent rare earth phosphate)?

I wish to make a transparent solution of GdPO4 which could later be mixed completely with MMA in order to get a luminescent composite. For the same, what could be a suitable solvent that may dissolve rare earth phosphate and blend with MMA as well. Also, any other suitable monomer for getting a transparent polymer at the end?
