Most of the solvents which were used like DMSO, DMF, D.H2O etc can not bring out complete dissolution of PANI composite. The important thing that should be considered is that no change in the observable electrical property of PANI- composite.
“The best” single solvents for PANI are: N-methylpyrolidone, morpholine, 2-Pyrrolidone.

However you should consider: the conductive state of PANI which means charge delocalization of the molecular chain of PANI intramolecular and intermolecular; so you will affect the intermolecular interaction with a “efficient” solvent and you need after drying to imagine how to obtain the same favorable structure (between chains) like in the initial (conductive) state.
Why don't you try an ionic liquid? For instance [TMGH]OAc (tetramethylguanidium acetate) is highly likely to dissolve PANI completely.
