i do this simulation as a first step to design a biosensor.
in this modul, the output of the graph is electirc filed with respect to arc length of nanorod in array.
to increase the data, is it possible if we want to make a graph with correlation of wavelength shift, wavelength resonant, extinction, or other optical parameter ? what kind of equation we should use ?
p.s: so far the simulation that i've done on it is using equation such as maxwell eq (faraday law), wavelength eq, drude-lorentz dispertion formula, refractive index eq (real & imaginary part), electric field background of Gaussian beam

From my point of view, the correlation between the electric field(SPP mode Imaginary RI value) and resonance wavelength is calculated through Confinement loss calculation.
αloss(dB/cm)= 8.686 × 2π/λ× Im(Neff ),
λ= operating wavelength, Im(Neff )=SPP Refractive index imaginary part
At particular wavelengths, you will get maximum loss(SPR peaks)
Dispersion relationship analysis gives Phase matching condition(Real part of RI in core, SPP mode and confinement loss) intersect point (energy transformation from core mode to spp mode provides SPR condition at a particular wavelength
