I think the tiger worm is the best 'chemical' aorund to decompose organic waste.
DON'T use chemicals to decompose organnic matter! It's blasphemy! Always use biological organisms like moulds, worms etcetera. They do that for free for you and pretty fast as well. Moreover you can use the compost which is produced by these organisms to fertilise a piece of of land of your choice. Compost is a pretty good fertiliser. It does not take more, besides maybe some wood to make a composting unit, which aerates the organics a little bit. Worms need oxygen too, especially tiger worms.
