What changes can takes place after the expiry date of Titanium Dioxide (Anatase phase) powder of the Sigma aldrich samples?
Can it be possible that it may change its form to rutile or any other?
If I am using the same sample for the preparation of sample, will it leads to the single phase formation in the ceramic sample?
Anatase will not convert spontaneously to rutile at room temperature.
The expiration date is probably given with a view toward adsorption properties, such as hydration, oxygen and organics adsorption... If your goal is simply to use the powder in a ceramic process you don't need to worry much about that.
