16 February 2020 33 10K Report

When a manuscript was sent to a journal's editorial board, it sucks when some reviewer gave negaive evaluation on the paper, like "This is a terrible study", "Many flaws are obvious", "The paper needs a big-project revision". However, these group of reviewers give quite a few of specific comments that indicate the response and revision. They usually would like to reject the paper with these subjective comments.

Facing this kind of situation, what can we do?

Thanks.
