I understand there is a relationship between predictor attributes and subgroup mean differences. However, I am not sure to understand what B-W d relates to exactly? For any predictor use, does it relate to differences in validity estimates across subgroups of interests? Or does it relate to differences in selection rates across subgroups of interests?
