I come from the mineral processing and mining side. What I don't understand, that everybody, wants to design a new cell, instead of using what is already there and proven. Maybe deinking will even work with a common Denver D-12 cell??

One of the simplest equipment to implement are column flotations

(porous sparger)

for example (forget about the aerosol, that was a different test)
