What do you do that to get more answers during the survey? We sent survey to the few institutions in our country and few in foreign countries and the number of answers is not too big. What are your strategies?
Jaroslav Dvorak looks simple question sir but it really needs a skill to get the answers from respondents
i hope may following points will be helpful for your survey
1. Ask a open ended question
2. don't interrupt while respondent is answering
3. If possible avoid interview with a group of people
4. Ask how they feel about particular thing.!! rather than asking is it feels good or bad?? (it means putting answer in their mouth)
5. Meet the respondent in comfortable setting where he can express himself
Our survey is orinted to the civil servants working at the municipalites and we asked before two civil servants to look at our survey that they can say if everything is clear.
