I want to publish in two reputable international journals next year and have been working on meeting my submission deadlines in between teaching and other duties. I guess persistence is the key to achieving them.

I think the answer needs preparing a plan for goals and how to achieve them :),
Publishing good quality papers with valuable effect and graduating excellent students are the two most important goals for most of us, and to achieve them need hard work, presistence and dedication.

To produce such kind of research which will benefit humanity & our society.
I intend to publish some papers in journals and conferences and improve my teaching and researching skills. To do so, I should be hardworking and time manageable.
