Mostly, I feel it depends on both economical and human resources. Whenever the technologiocal slutions adopted are adequately customized, I believe that the learning process may be fostered. Otherwise, I thnk that specific difficulties may arise.

Besides the technical and economical questions, and the intrinsic need to adapt procedures, and even contents, we are finding that is possible (at least in a temporary situation) to face the difficulties we are facing.
The online platforms are becoming a huge asset, but one question is to overcome the resistance some students find in exposing themselves in those platforms, so the level of interactions may be quite uneven among them, and without an effective presence, it may go unnoticed.

My perceptions are broadly categorized into two, depending on the status of the country where the school institutions are affiliated. For the rich countries, where access to technology is free then, the use of online learning is advantageous because it can facilitate learning as much as the students can because of the available online resources. The only disadvantage is the amount of radiation that may affect to students' health during their exposure to their laptops and other gadgets. For poor countries, the use of online resources is anti-poor because basically the money to buy for the needed gadgets and the internet connections are very expensive because it is not free. These countries make use of modular printed resources.
