Develop my research projects and publish their results
I hope to finish my main project in RG and to keep in good health and motivation.

My main career aspirations for this school year are:
1. To participate in establishing a professional journal at my Faculty with actual themes. This is a big task for me, but I hope I will manage this...
2. To make a good team of employees for this task and assign them roles according to their knowledge, skills and aspirations (it is very challenging and tricky)
3. And finally and the easiest for me to teach my students something useful and practical and to learn something new from them

The new school year is full of excitement as freshmen start their college education with their own aspirations. The professor's aspirations would be for them to succeed, for them to be open to asking questions and seek help, for the computers and IT system to be cooperating well, for the laboratory to function well with all the supplies and in a safe manner, etc. Also set goals for the team, TAs and other staff so that they exceed their performances compared to the previous academic year. Additionally to document all the research into journal papers and conference proceedings so that they may be of benefit to the world.
