They are probably "gypsum roses" also known as desert of sand roses. They're basically crystal clusters of gypsum in a rosette formations and commonly form in salt/brine rich sediment such as your salt domes.

Tanks a lot. The gypsum roses form primary or secondary? Can you explain me about their forming conditions?
