We all know that digital drugs have negative effects on the performance of workers or students in universities and schools, some of which are psychological, social and economic, but the question is what are the types of these drugs and what are the criteria on the basis of which the decision maker can judge each of these types in light of uncertainty

Digital drugs, also known as binaural beats or brainwave entrainment, are audio tracks designed to induce specific states of mind or alter consciousness. They are typically used for relaxation, meditation, sleep enhancement, focus improvement, or mood enhancement. When it comes to evaluating these types of digital drugs using Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), decision-makers can adopt the following criteria:

Effectiveness: This criterion measures the effectiveness of the digital drug in achieving the desired outcomes. It can be assessed by considering factors such as user reviews, scientific studies, and empirical evidence of the drug's effectiveness.

Safety: Safety is a crucial criterion that evaluates the potential risks and side effects associated with using the digital drug. Decision-makers should consider the possible adverse effects, contraindications, and long-term consequences.

Ease of Use: This criterion assesses the usability and accessibility of the digital drug. Factors such as user-friendliness, compatibility with different devices or platforms, and ease of integration into daily routines should be considered.

Quality of Audio: The quality of the audio tracks is an important criterion for evaluating digital drugs. Decision-makers can consider factors such as sound clarity, production quality, and overall listening experience.

Customizability: Customizability refers to the flexibility and adaptability of the digital drug. Decision-makers can assess the availability of different frequency ranges, adjustable parameters, and the ability to tailor the experience to individual preferences.

Scientific Validity: This criterion evaluates the scientific basis and credibility of the digital drug. Decision-makers can consider whether the claims made by the drug's developers are supported by scientific research and if the drug follows established principles of brainwave entrainment.

Cost: Cost is an important practical criterion for decision-makers. It assesses the affordability and value for money of the digital drug, considering factors such as price, available subscription plans, and additional features or bonuses.

User Feedback: Decision-makers can also consider user feedback and ratings from individuals who have already used the digital drug. This criterion provides insights into the real-world experiences and satisfaction levels of users.

By adopting fuzzy MCDM techniques, decision-makers can assign linguistic variables and fuzzy numbers to each criterion and use fuzzy logic to handle uncertainty and vagueness in the evaluation process. Fuzzy MCDM methods such as the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) or Fuzzy Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (F-TOPSIS) or Bipolar Fuzzy TOPSIS (BF-TOPSIS) or Bipolar Fuzzy Elimination and Choice Transforming Reality (BF-ELECTRE-I) can be applied to calculate the overall ranking or scores of different types of digital drugs based on the selected criteria. I recommend (BF-TOPSIS) and (BF-ELECTRE-I) because bipolar disorder is specifically used in medicine.
