1. Build relationships with your class. You can do this by creating a social media group for the class such as Whatsapp and Facebook where you can get feedback from the class and explain and answer questions related to your lesson

2. Celebrate hard work and encourage others who are not doing well. Instead of saying "wrong answer", you can say "you have a good point but that is not what I am looking for at the moment".

3. You must be firm in your control of the class. Maintain authority all year long.

4. Make sure that students know what your rules mean and need for the rules to be enforced.

5. Make your class participatory and guide your learners how to learn the contents (discovery). This get them engaged.

6. Be prepared for your lesson and always looking for innovative way of teaching the lesson.
