Thank you so much for your contribution. Indeed stimulation is very essential for a stroke survivor. However, it can also be very helpful if specific methods are prescribed where one can draw interventions from given the presentation of the patient. When it comes to measuring the impact of physiotherapy, it becomes difficult to measure how much physiotherapy has helped in ADLS.
Thank you so much for your great contribution to my question. I totally agree with you that various approaches are available and equally share the views about the general opinion on its impact in improving function given the limitations in sample sizes, methodologies and statistical techniques used. This is where my motivation is precisely arising from. There is a great need for physiotherapists to invest in intervention programs that can be measured of course with the clinical presentation of the patient to be a very essential guiding factor. If you have any prescribed programs or studies showing the same, it will be helpful.
For sure, there will not be any way as accurate as CT scan and Xray, but maybe ECG and EMG can show some issues among this group of patients in specific stages.
