My first thought would be about vulnerable island nations in the Pacific disappearing through no fault of their own. Other thoughts would go to people losing their jobs (climate justice) and also suffering a lot more from natural catastrophes - and perhaps health issues too brought about by climate change.
Global warming worsens poverty and inequality in vulnerable communities by reducing agricultural productivity and livelihoods, raising food and water prices, increasing health risks, causing displacement and land loss, and putting pressure on governments and infrastructure threatening overall social and economic stability.
Well said, dear Ghada Abd Elsattar Mohammed Oraby , these are very immediate costs which will affect most people! Of course the most vulnerable communities will be hit hardest!
