if i want to do a cfd simulation with similar parameters to that of a wind tunnel experiment, then what should my reference values be ? For example if the if the wind tunnel experiment is conducted at a static pressure of sea level then what should be the pressure for reference values. ARe the fow conditions of the wind tunnel experiment to be included in the reference values

Free stream turbulence, Re number and flow boundary condition are main parameters to be considered as reference conditions.
If you know what the wind tunnel conditions were, you want to use those, i.e., match the Reynolds number, Mach number etc. Also, it depends on if you are conducting these computations in free air vs with the wind tunnel walls.
im creating a C type mesh for the CFD simulations. I wont be manually creating the wind tunnel walls. I want to be able to do the CFD simulation with similar parameters to that in the wind tunnel experiment. hence should the reference values to be entered be the same values in the experiment conducted by me. Please remember real flow conditions, i.e. free-stram condition should be taken as reference values.
