Poly(vinylpyrolidone), Ethylene Glycol, Porpylene Glycol, Poly(ethylene glycol) etc. are goog porogens.

I think this answer might be helpful for you to prepare the membrane with different porosity.

in addition to what dear chaudhri told before, I think you can use salts like NaCl and finnaly wash them with water.
