This question is simple, but the answer is complicated. I hope you know some basics of various nutrients and compounds. Let's move to our answer now.

Due to osteoarthritis, sometimes you see a bone spur on the top of the foot. Osteoarthritis is a type of arthritis. The cartilage between bones can deteriorate due to this condition. The body produces extra growths of bones to compensate for missing cartilage. These bones are known as bone spurs.

But keep in mind, osteoarthritis isn’t the only reason. Other factors can cause bone spurs. Some activities, such as dancing, exercise, and running, can cause bone spurs.

Some other reasons of Bone Spurs:

  • Wearing tight shoes
  • Obesity or being overweight
  • Injury to the foot
