What are the protocols for forensic evidence (GSR, Fibre, paint, glass, soil etc) analysis?

I searched about the sample p[reperation steps for forensic sample analysis by fluorescent microscopy. but I couldn't found any single document which explains this. Can anybody provide the sample preparation details for glass, fiber, GSR, semen, etc for fluorescence microscopy?
