Shoaib - it depends on the context of your research. If you are choosing a reflexive, reflective methodology - then there is no problem. You are expected to do this. You would have to state where you think it might be a problem.

Shoaib - yes that is a bit of a problem. For one, your qualitative findings are unlikely to be looking for relationships. Secondly, unless it is a retrospective study that you started out on - your primary data would not want to achieve this.
