For historical knowledge not to be used for ideological propaganda, democratic systems of power should be developed and barriers to access to information for citizens should be reduced. In the context of this issue, the progressing process of information and communication globalization is positively assessed, which has been accelerated and increased through the development and dissemination of, inter alia, the Internet. Tolerance should also be developed for other value systems, for other cultures, etc. Co-operation between countries in various spheres should be developed, above all economic cooperation. In a situation when individual countries will cooperate with each other economically, if trade exchange and reduced barriers to capital flow are developed then the scope of information and knowledge manipulation will decrease. Economic and political cooperation should be carried out in such a way that all countries participating in this process develop economically so that the standard of living grows in each country. In addition, if: - The democratic system of power will be developed and introduced into countries characterized by dictatorship. - Tolerance will be developed for the dissimilarity of culture, for other value systems, for other religions. - Economic and information globalization will be developed, enhancing cooperation between countries in various aspects, and barriers to access to information in individual countries will be reduced, then the scale of manipulation of information shaped in the media will decrease and there will be less situations when historical knowledge is used for ideological propaganda.
