What is the best coupling procedure and conditions to be followed to attach the C-terminal amino acid, Aib (2-aminoisobutyric acid), into a 2-chlorotrityl chloride resin? How to maintain the inert atmosphere for this special type of resin? Will the below things work well?

Using Thionyl Chloride to activate the moisture sensitive resin, then coupling with Fmoc-Aib-OH with DIPEA. In that case what should be the global deprotection procedure to be followed?
