Generally for loose flowers, fully open flowers are harvested in cool hours early in the morning or late in the evening field heat is low. After harvesting flowers will packed in wet well ventilated gunny bag (similar to onion bag) or polyethylene bags are also proved better. The packed flowers should reach market before auction ieearly in the morning

should be harvested in eve or early morning, when plants are in full bloom or fully open. these flowers can be stored at a low temperature about 2-5 degree in wet porous gunny bags for about one week.
