There number of open-source tools for sentiment analysis. Few major tools are :

I would suggest reading any survey on the topic, for example:

If you need only lexicons, Chris Potts give some examples on his page on lexicons:

Just take three most famous ones mentioned there and use them as a search seed to find the others.

If you need tools ready to go you can try Stanford's tools like Deeply Moving, Deep AI's free docker image containing Stanford’s model (through their Sentiment Analysis API). Another choice is IBM's Alchemy API which is free for non-commercial use.
