I think engaging in ongoing professional development can help to achieve sustainability skills in teaching. For example, the growing diversity in the classroom or integration of technology are trends that we must keep abreast with in order to be effective in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, we can attend workshops and seminars to help such sustainability. The attached help to highlight the need for the latter.
