Almost all of us know the concept of different sources of CAR-SHARING such as "UBER", "Blablacar", etc, and also about "BIKE-SHARING" or "BIKE-SHARING-SYSTEMS", those like normal rental city bike sharing systems in almost most modern cities, and also more recently "MOBIKEs"(where you can get and leave your bike just anywhere and not necessarily in specified stations); now the question or the challenge could be what if we make a combination of both these two new sharing-systems! Imagine you have a reliable account and identity in a trustworthy application on your smartphone, then you may borrow a bike from another user in another city or town of that same application by finding their location and availability time and fix that you will borrow their bike for a specific amount of time and when returning it back, the bike will be checked(by the owner) and if everything will be fine so you both will get some points(lender and borrower category points) through some evaluations and reviews. Now expand this network all over a country or maybe all over the world! thus in any new place, you can just have a rental bike through that big and growing network, that you may not necessarily pay for it(by having enough points) and there is no need to just make a new account to rent a bike from any specific local company in any other city where you may go!
Finally to make this idea become more realistic and feasible, what could be the possible challenges and problems, and how we may be able to overcome them?

Firstly I would have to say that at the very first time I was thinking about this idea, as also the title I could have somehow mentioned it by saying: all over a country or (probably) all over the world!! my primary concern was that there would be definitely different legislation between countries and even more globally, that to sum them up in one single privacy law(for the main application) could be very difficult or even unfeasible at all! With all the respect to the author Alexander Hanff's comments, as he also mentioned in his comments this is not the only way if an organisation or probably a country want to extract personal data and privacy via tracking us by sharing our personal information through the application, although it is also mandatory to make a balance between the privacy of the users from one hand, and increasing security of our real users rights through misuse of fake accounts from the other. Thus the reliable data should be obtained to make a real account.
Eventually the main idea and concept of my discussion from the very beginning was to create a network quite similar to Couch-surfing in the world of bikes! which companies and ideas like "Mobike" could be apart of it however not necessarily, where by adding the personal bikes of the users to merge them up all through one bigger network. Considering the privacy issue the possibility to make such a big network in the ideal case perhaps could be the EU for instance or similar ones, if we may want to expand the project beyond the borders of a single country!
