Can anyone share their experience of Bioprinting Alginate-Gelatin Bioink. Specifically, what temperature and pneumatic pressure are optimum for this combination to achieve a good resolution while printing. I am using 5% Gelatin and 1% Sodium alginate.

Yes, in the case of pneumatic dosing bioprinting the main parameter of material supply is pressure. In my opinion, the easiest and the most reasonable way to define the parameter value is to conduct preparatory experiment. You can rely on available data on collagen (e.g., doi:10.1007/s12195-014-0340-0) and examine the dependence of the outgoing material (its weight) on the pressure (e.g., in the range of 10-400% of the available value), as well as valve opening duration (if you can modify this parameter). Since you know the material volume (and weight) set by the object model you'll find out what pressure value you need.
As for printing temperature, you should preliminary determine the temperature threshold for "sol-gel" transition. A viscometer or a rheometer will help you to find this critical value.
