RFID Node/device is similar to other sensor node placement strategies discussed in my articles. You need to know the deployment environment type and if you want to do deterministic or stochastic placement. Another important factor is that RFID network is a near field communication (short distance) network.

You can also Google some books or articles (IEEE explore website) on RFID network and device placement. There are many previous studies on node placement. So, you will need to clearly define your problem statement and how to solve the problem or how your study will be different from existing ones. Besides, for RFID network, tag and readers placement should not be a major research problem I guess! It is more or less deterministic except maybe for large scale deployment.

The maximum distance between the TAG and the its reader depends on the communication techniques used in the them. The range problem depends on the link budget. Therefore, you have to study the existing TAG-Reader system and find out the formulas which you intend.

It will be a body application because my project is used to optimize the RFID systems deployed in body networks, so normally the optimality constraints are different than an RFID network because in my case it is a body network and there is a communication on body and of body. I want to define the constraints of the optimal placements of the labels at the level of the human bodies as well as the optimal placements of the readers.

In addition the constraint of mobility and movement of bodies.

Are there scientific articles that talk about these constraints for a wireless Body area network (WBAN) ?

I don't understand your problem statement and I don't know what problem you are trying to solve.

First (a) define your problem statement, what problem do you want to address?, what are the research questions that you can ask (no answer yet!) to help you solve that problem. (b) Then, do the research/literature review to answer the questions. (c) Then, come up with some hypotheses. (d) Then, try out your hypotheses and finding, validate, draw inference. (e) Then, make a conclusion and publish your findings, (f) there you go, you make a contribution, then you earn your PhD!

But back to my initial comments to your question then,

if you want to know how to place RFID sensor on the body and optimize RFID sensor deployment (placement) and connections/connectivity:,

you need to know several things, 1) what is the goal of putting the sensor on the body, to measure body vitals or monitoring things, then 2) that will lead to next question, what type of sensor will you use?, and that will lead to next question, 3) where do you want to put the RFID sensors, inside the body or on body surface, [I think you should go for body surface for the sake of practical testing and simulation ] then that leads to to next question, 4) what are the general characteristics of the sensor, (RF, electrical, biological, hardware/software, etc ) read a lot of literature review/article on that, then, 5) decide if you want to buy the sensor for practical test/experiment or you want to simulate using any tool/software- Google for such tool, by considering all the characteristics and tailor that to your goal, then, 6), come up with some hypotheses, mathematical model for optimization (7) then, try out your hypotheses and findings, validate, draw inference, then, (8) make make a conclusion and publish your findings,

what is the multi-objective optimization problem, and the objectives and constraints? Equations and parameters/variables, that are not converging/ and how have you combined then? Then, check existing theorem (s)-(considering all conflicting variables and part of what I have mention earlier, and relating to the defined RFID deployment constraints) that can help you find converging solutions.
