There's a heated debate among researchers and Jurisprudences regarding the constitutional judiciary's impact on developing and expanding constitutional sources (The Block of Constitutionality) to monitor the constitutionality of laws passed by the legislative authority. This is achieved through an expanded interpretation of constitutional texts that affects the constitutional power of the legislator in the field of lawmaking. I'm interested in finding research, articles, and academic sources discussing this academic debate and any new trends in this field of study.
