I am looking for a research for my final year research project. I am interested in Image Processing and Machine Learning areas. Since I am following a Software engineering Degree, the end result of the research should include an engineered and a research component.
Pattern Reorganization using Machine learning concept wold me more prominent for current research. So either you will go for this or image under standing as well.

Opto-acoustic/ultrasound for medical applications is a well-known research area in image processing and machine learning. In this way, a novel imaging technique named Intra-operative ultrasound (iUS) has been proposed recently. it is a robust and relatively inexpensive technique to track intra-operative tissue shift and surgical tools. However iUS image registration with images before surgery is critical point of this procedure. This registration is the new challenge in the image processing for medical applications.
