I agree with Srdjan Atanasijevic . Digitally oriented culture is most important for understanding new management concepts in tech companies.

I claim that Indrusty 4.0 starts in the mindset of managers. It is about a new way of thinking that places customers and data at the center of all thinking; mistakes must be tolerated.

But also the way of dealing with technologies needs to change. In my opinion, the key challenges are as follows:

- Specific application scenarios leveraging technology innovations need to be identified

- technical ecosystems are constantly evolving

- organizations need to adapt to changes driven by new technologes (e.g. agility; lab environments)

In order to generate innovations, it is often necessary to implement technologies without already being able to assess their value. I have written a paper on how companies adopt Big Data and compared different strategies how companies start with its adoption:

Central importance for industry 4.0 is its interface with other smart infrastructures, such as smart grid, smart logistic and smarts city. At the same time, the existence of a digitally oriented culture; active Internet penetration and new organizational structures. All of them are important obstacles for low technological development countries
