From one point of view , I think creativity of an environment in classroom depends on the lesson's objectives and outcomes in addition to students' competence etc. Give each group a chance to share and exchange understanding either by writing a brief summary or questions, suggestions and needs for clarity etc.
Many times it would be advantageous if the ESL teacher knew the native language of most of the students at least to some extent. This would help relate to those students and be more effective. Certain English expressions are alien to many other languages and finding a way to translate or convey the message to non-English speakers is thus important.

An honest teacher reads in any reference book connected with the subject of his lesson together with the reference books for the methodology, related to them . He also Prepares the various aids , pictures, objects or maps etc. (necessary for his lesson and that can enhance teaching and make it more effective . Then writes his preparation for each subject in a separate note- book. (Beginning class on time) to give a comfortable environment hat suites the learners' ages and abilities. Therefore, the secret of success in the creativity of a learning environment is an understanding of the teaching/learning process. So as, students engage in a meaningful and informative interaction in the classroom. (It is not always possible in a weak class. It needs much effort.)
An effective teacher cares about his/her professional development by following the latest advances in his/her field. S/he tries to establish a dual communication path between himself/herself and students. In this meaning, s/he should do every possible thing to turn learners into a state of liberatory autonomy whereby learners set their own directions for learning.
For effective teaching , he depends on his knowledge of the teaching/learning strategies and the suitable method to achieve the aims of his lesson . In addition to the suitable environment that helps to draw his students' attention and motivates them to stand on their toes.
