I am looking for review papers that give a good description of the current state of the field. New and interesting research along with names of prominent journals in the field would be highly appreciated.

Hi work focuses on construction materials as much as construction per se, but I subscribe fully to his mantra that there is no such thing as a green material. There are designs which use materials efficiently and those that don't.
