Albert Schweitzer said “success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful”. Most organizations believe that the performance of employees varies as a result of their happiness. Therefore,enhancing employee attitudes is one of main ways to achieve company goals. A method normally used to obtain information is the survey. Effective use of KNN and Naïve Bayesian systems facilitate selection of the most important attributes without losing quality. The dataset may be analyzed using KNN and Naïve Bayesian. The studies show that the KNN classification method provided better accuracy than theNaïve Bayes classifier.
