Is something quite difficult to know without being there. However, in my humble opinion, the sinkhole shape and the dip of the surrounding buildings suggest that there is some material under the buildings that have been dissolved, could have been caused by meteoric water or a water leak. The neighborhood looks new, but both of them are possible anyway. From airborne pictures, I'm sure you could detect a lot of more and find the main problem.

Thanks so much Ivan Lizaga ...... Its a case of soil collapse.. you know that there are many reason for soil collapse.. herein I want to collect other researchers opinion and makes a short list, then start my research.

Sure, at the end you would need a borehole to really know what is underground. Furthermore, some geological map could be really helpful (now I am blind without more information). For example in the Zagros mountains exist the Gacharan formation that contains salt inside and could lead to this kind of collapse. Earthquake and material response is another choice.
