There are many indexing and abstracting databases for journals such as web of science, Scopus, international citation index...etc.
Could you please let me know which other indexes are famous and trustworthy and which one that we should care about in the field of applied linguistics when we publish our papers?

From my viewpoint, it is important to publish your research articles in journals that belong to Elsevier, Sage publications, Taylor & Francis, John Benjamin…etc. These are reputable publishers whose journals are valid, robust and trustworthy. I hope you asked this question from the pont of view of an author. In fact, the answer for this question is bit complicated in my view. Impact of an abstracting and indexing database (A&I) could depend on a number of factors, in addition to its reputation. Coverage (in terms of size, subject, time from starting, time from which year the records are included, etc.), quality of indexing, specificity of search results, method of record collection/indexing (i.e. crowler, manual, etc. ), search options, etc. are all important to consider the suitability of an A&I database/service.

I agree with Jiri Mazurek choice but would Clavariat/WOS, Elservier Scopus and scimago, and ABDC
Personally, I don't give much weight to these indices.
Suffice it to say that the Thompson Reuters index, the most "considered" until recently, has lost a lot of appeal.
