According to my project on portfolio in teacher training that I work on I would appreciate if someone could help me with providing the experience on reflective methods and techniques. I use journals, essays (reflective - digressive), metaphorical stories etc..
Perhaps it would be helpful to know some main goals regarding creative thinking (not acting?).
You could use my propositions to analyze discourse. If it be usefull, I will be gratefull.

The methods you use are really productive. But they are time-taking If you want to develop some reflective skiils ia short time you can use this tip : it's called "Exit Slips". Ask students to briefly leave behind some residue of learning–a thought, a definition, a question. i think it is a powerful teaching strategy. In fact, ‘exit-slip teaching’ literally drives students to think and analyse. They drop some bit of reflection of the learning process on my desk.
The example could be as follows: How did your understanding of _______ change today? What about _____ still confuses you or makes your curious?
