All fruits have important nutritional value for the body

It contains most of the vitamins, minerals, zinc, and some are antioxidants

I have been very interested in these responses. Lots of things that I didn't know and I don't think I can add anything, but to me, the medicinal benefit is that I really like to eat pineapple. Especially when we catch it at just the right stage in ripeness.

So, the medicinal benefit is that I enjoy eating it, so it makes me feel happy and contented because I always cut myself a generous slice. And at the same time, it is good for me.
