I am using Matlab R2017a, however, I don't have all toolboxes installed. Therefore I need to know all the toolboxes to utilize the GPU to creat and run deep learning methods, such as, Conv. Neural Network (CNN) on images and videos.
Dear Mohammed. To my knowledge, there are two options:
1. If you have a high version of Matlab such as 2017b, you could use their embedded toolbox.
2. If you have an old version of Matlab, then you could use the Vlfeat toolbox (to be downloaded and added to Matlab). Here is the link:

@ Mohamed Lamine Mekhalfi. This is very interesting link. I think I will download it and test it in the coming days. I hope this works since I miss Parallel Computing Toolbox and Computer Vision System Toolbox in my installed version of Matlab.
Matlab Neural Network and Fuzzy toolbox are the best for deep learning techniques. Try OpenCV.

For your question, you need three toolboxes:
- Image Processing Toolbox
- Neural Network Toolbox
- Parallel Computing Toolbox
If you need to acquire data from device, you probably need "Data Acquisition Toolbox".
If you need to run your program on an embedded system, you might need "Embedded Coder Toolbox"
